Zaterine’s Red Beans and Rice reminds me of Puerto Rico where we would eat Red Beans and Rice with Chicken and Red Beans and Rice with Pork.
Each table in the restaurants would have a bottle of hot peppers on it and you would spoon some of the juice in your food depending on how hot you wanted it.
