@BasedMikeLee

🚨 I have it on good authority that The Firm™️ intends to force through the Ukraine aid portion of the supplemental aid package (minus the border bill) tomorrow.

Do you want to give $60B to Ukraine, knowing that the entire budget of the U.S. Marine Corps in FY2023 was $53.8B?🚨

Someone needs to remind them that the federal government is $34 trillion in debt.

And so called conservatives shrieking hysterics at us over being a tad upset at being ripped off.
Heck, such an example is in this thread.

Why indeed are we giving away the sum equivalent to the entirety of the Marine Corps budget.....

Because Ukraine has been enmeshed in a hot war with Moscow for the last two years, and the Marine Corps isn't?

There’s has got to be a compromise. Maybe they should consider accepting a few thousand Russian bombings in Ukraine per day and if the Russians exceed that number for a week then the US can help fund it’s closing for a day to keep it stable.

Nearly all the US Defense budget is about the “borders of other nations”.

Where do you think all those aircraft carriers and armored divisions are intended to be used?

About half of US defense spending is all about Russia. Most of the rest is China.

Sisyphus Miotch would rather let this boulder roll back over him than permit TrumpII to dictate terms in approximately 1 year from now. Go into the light, Miotch LOFL!

The US Fed budget, plus states, plus all the “unfunded mandates” embedded in regulation and legal risk is - a titanic sum.

The Ukraine budget request is about less than 1% of the whole mess.

Ukraine will receive MORE money than we spend on the US Marines in a year in this ‘launder the cash’ boondoggle.

AND we give them weapons...

and their population is much smaller than ours.

And they’re barely holding their own. And the country is NOT a democracy. And no, Russia would NOT go after other countries after this fiasco.

If we had intelligent members of the press one of them could do the math on this corruption ... and expose the ‘elites’ benefiting.

Unreal, but thanks for that admission. You have the same view as your fellows turtle and joey and the swamp they rode in town on. The so-called "firm" that Mike Lee says will today ram thru your $60B.

Can someone please explain to me again the objectives of funding Ukraine? Is it to help the people of Ukraine and win THEIR war? Or, is it to help bankrupt the people of the USA? Or is it both? If its to help Ukraine...I’m sorry but it is obviously NOT working. Is it to keep someone in Ukraine happy so that they keep from ratting out hunter/the Big Guy/Obama from their misadventures back in 2014+ ?

Actually this is the way it should be. Don’t hold the border funding hostage to Ukraine funding. Sounds like The House is where Ukraine funding will be DOA.

I’m assuming he’s talking about Republicans in Congress...not the people who actually vote for these disgusting poltroons.
