All Americans surely agree that justice is a social good; everyone wants a just society. But definitions matter: to those of us on the political Right, justice means dispensing appropriate consequences for those who break the law or commit some moral transgression. It means righting wrongs. It means prioritizing the innocent and the victim over the guilty and the criminal. It means stabilizing society by, as much as possible, fairly maintaining law and order for all citizens.
In addition, for the Right justice is generally an individual matter, addressed on a case-by-case basis, meaning that if a single crime or sin against another has been punished and restoration made to the victim(s), then justice has been done.
But our justice is not their justice. To the Left, who see everything through the distorting Marxist lens of oppressor-vs.-oppressed, justice means overthrowing the oppressor, end of story. They view it collectively; justice is not served until an entire guilty society is torn down and rebuilt from the ground up, and restoration has been made to all who were oppressed. Think of civil rights leader Fannie Lou Hamer’s famous declaration, “Nobody’s free until everybody’s free.”
For the Left, the end justifies the means; whatever empowers the oppressed and deconstructs systemic oppression is just. It does not necessarily have anything to do with law and order or right and wrong; instead, it has everything to do with crushing opposition to the revolution, by any means necessary, to reverse the power dynamics of an unjust society. “There is no crime in revolution!” went the Maoist slogan of the Cultural Revolution – meaning, no act which furthers the overthrow of the “old” can be considered criminal.
A truly horrific example of this is in the Left’s defense of the barbaric terrorism waged by Hamas in Israel four months ago. Decent souls everywhere were sickened by the shocking war crimes committed there on October 7th, but the Left have been untroubled – even celebratory – and defiant. “You don’t get to decide how we resist,” is their pro-Hamas slogan on placards – on which blood drips threateningly from the letters of the word “RESIST.” The perverse narrative behind this slogan is that Israel is an oppressor regime that must be overthrown, and therefore no crime committed by the purportedly oppressed Palestinians can be considered unjust. Gang rape, torture, murder, kidnapping, all of which were gleefully carried out by sadistic Hamas “freedom fighters,” are not seen by the Left as crimes but as just “resistance.”
Recent events offer up many other examples of ways in which the Left demonstrates its lust for total, permanent power and a blatant disregard for law and justice in pursuit of it.
Breitbart News, for example, reported that
On Wednesday, 150 House Democrats voted against the “Protect Our Communities from DUIs Act” by Rep. Barry Moore (R-AL) which would make drunk driving grounds for ineligibility to be in the U.S.

In another vote this week, 155 House Democrats voted against legislation from Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA) that would ensure ICE agents can promptly deport illegal aliens convicted of Social Security fraud against American citizens.
Both laws nevertheless passed, but the point is that the vast majority of Democrats went on record as wanting to protect illegal aliens from the consequences of their crimes because Democrats, who always prioritize criminals over law-abiding American citizens, are hell-bent on using a tsunami of illegal immigration to destabilize the country and import an insuperable voting majority. Illegals are necessary to bring about the revolution – hence, their breaking of immigration law is not truly criminal.
Nor are any of their violent crimes truly criminal, as long as those are committed against the “oppressor.” Saturday, January 27th in New York City, a mob of illegal aliens living in a taxpayer-funded migrant shelter ruthlessly and fearlessly assaulted police officers who tried to take one of them into custody. They were later released on bail because New York is a sanctuary city; one of them even grinned and gave both middle fingers to media cameras after his release, just as Democrats who harbor such violent thugs in their sanctuary cities give both middle fingers to law-abiding Americans.
By contrast, the Left has for three years nursed outrage over what they call an “untold number” of police officers they claim were injured by Trump supporters during the manufactured chaos at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. In this instance, the Left views Trump supporters as members of the white supremacist “oppressor” group, and the Capitol police to be protectors of democracy (i.e., the Biden administration); hence, any attacks on the officers are considered heinous crimes. The administration continues to this day to hunt down, with a prosecutorial vengeance, any protestor who happened to wander onto the Capitol grounds that day (or be guided inside by welcoming Capitol police).
Last Tuesday, six pro-life activists were found guilty of “conspiracy against rights” and violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act with regard to a peaceful protest outside a Tennessee abortion facility in 2021. Among them, facing a maximum prison sentence of 11 years, are a 73-year-old and a 55-year-old Christian father of 11 children. This is not justice by any objective standard – this is unconscionable political persecution of pro-life Christians, a demographic that the Left despises because Judeo-Christian morality is an obstacle to the Democrat revolution against all traditional American norms.
By contrast, the male Congressional staffer who filmed himself and a male friend buggering each other after-hours in a Senate hearing room in December will face no charges, not even a basic obscenity misdemeanor, because, like drag queen groomers and gender ideology pornographers seeking to sexualize young children, their transgressive behavior is a form of revolution against the archaic, bourgeois sensibilities of an unjust American society.
Christian U.S. Navy veteran Michael Cassidy has been charged with a hate crime after tearing down a demonic Satanic Temple display at the Iowa State Capitol last December (check out my interview with him about that incident on The Right Take podcast). How many left-wing anti-Americans across the country have been charged with tearing down statues of the Founding Fathers, Christopher Columbus, and other historical icons in recent years? How many rioters and looters were charged with crimes in 2020, the year of Black Lives Matter devastation across the nation?
The Left views Cassidy’s righteous outrage to be “hateful” because he destroyed a display dedicated to Satan, the first revolutionary (remember that left-wing strategist Saul Alinsky’s book Rules for Radicals acknowledged Lucifer as “the first radical”), but the neo-Marxist revolutionaries destroying our national icons were given a pass because they were eradicating the history and monuments of their “oppressors.” Similarly, the Left views Black Lives Matter looters not as criminals but as part of an oppressed class who are merely claiming reparations owed them.
The very definition of a despotic, anti-democratic government is one which weaponizes law enforcement against its political opponents while turning a blind eye to the blatant crimes of its own ideologues and allies.
Has the United States ever had an administration more committed than Joe Biden’s to punishing cruelly anyone who has stood in the way of the revolution to fundamentally transform our nation? Or one so lawless that it willfully abandons immigration law and border security, refuses to charge violent Black Lives Matter rioters with crimes, and seeks to destroy the lives of peaceful pro-life protesters?
The blatant hypocrisy and double standards are jaw-droppingly egregious, but it isn’t enough for the Right simply to point out the Left’s hypocrisy, because the Left is impervious to being shamed. Leftists don’t care what they’re accused of, because they never play defense. They are perpetually on the offensive. They cannot be shamed even with undeniable evidence of hypocrisy or wrongdoing, which they simply ignore. For a Party and movement that are on a self-righteous mission to “save democracy” and “save the planet,” no transgression is beyond the pale; anything and everything they do to further their agenda is justifiable in their minds (“No crime in revolution!”). And conversely, anything and everything the Right stands for is an evil obstacle to the Left’s utopian vision and must be destroyed by any means necessary.
The Right needs to waste no more energy on futile complaints about leftist hypocrisy and focus instead on simply waging war against the Left’s revolution to replace our civilization with a collectivist dystopia.

I agree, but what is it going to take for the push back to occur? The marxist parasites are slowly spreading out with destruction in their paths.
I believe in the end it will have to be a revolution against an unjust government are going quietly into communism.

I don’t disagree, but the majority of Americans are short-term thinkers and don’t look at the long game as the communist do. Its matter of long this can be sustained to actually turn things around before the people move on due to complacency and jobs.
Have a simple rubric. If the idea is consistent with Marxism, it’s wrong. If a policy would be accepted by the democrats, it wrong. If a policy or objective would be adopted by campus radicals, it’s wrong.
