If this bill passes and is signed into law (by Biden), it will be an impeachable offense for Trump to not follow it. And the people that passed this law, WILL impeach Trump, and they will convict him and throw him out of office.
That’s the danger of this bill, because if it is voted on, there are enough Republicans that will happily vote to pass this…Ben Crenshaw already said he’d vote for this. Many elected Republicans want this.
They wouldn’t remove him. If they want a shooting war against them , let them try.
Besides, Biden is ignoring existing law already. So why can’t Trump.
It’s all fodder anyway. The law and Constitution are moot. Nothing normal applies any longer.

Not if it is an unconstitutional law - which it would be if passed as described.
