The only legislative bill we need is one that states amnesty must be applied for in your home country or the first country the claimant passes that is safe. It complies with the UN international amnesty law and eliminates the rush to the border from the entire globe other than contiguous Mexico which we should be able to handle. These global economic refugees will stop coming when they learn they and their phony amnesty claims have have been checkmated.
