The era of the USSR is dead.There is only one country in the world today that citizens are not free to leave - North Korea. Yes, they now free to leave Cuba at will. The only legislative bill we need is one that states amnesty must be applied for in your home country or the first country the claimant passes that is safe. It complies with the UN international amnesty law and eliminates the rush to the border from the entire globe other than contiguous Mexico which we should be able to handle. These global economic refugees will stop coming when they learn they and their phony amnesty claims have have been checkmated.

The border state governors, except California, are sending the se people to ‘Sanctuary Cities’ Deep blue states.

Increasing their populations that will add more Congressional seats in Congress.................
Is is way past time that this illegal immigration issue becomes a referendum for the general electorate vote. A few politicans must not be allowed to change the entire fabric of this nation through “bartering” and executive orders. It is up to “we the people” to decide if we want to pay for, feed, educate and sacrifice for people who have no right to be in this country.

I THINK YOU’RE INCORRECT- IT WOULD CODIFY WHAT IS HAPENING NOW, AND MAKE IT LEGAL, AND OVERWRITE EXISTING LAWS.
