“ Todd and I were ordered to take our informational video down. The system does not want it made public that it’s broken and continues to violate parents’ rights. We need to stand together as families and as a community to protect our family units.”
If he calls himself MAGA, then he is forthwith excommunicated from our ranks.

But moving on handwriting on the wall in Montana when they passed a TikTok ban last year following the “Chinese Spy Balloon” incident over the state.
The federal judge considering the case already saying such a ban is contrary to the First Amendment.
These Republicans beat their chests about the border even as they seek more businesses in their states which equals more jobs and migration into their states.
Might be Red state migration or Blue state migration but eventually I guess all those folks crossing the border may get some jobs out of this.

The procedure is prohibited in Montana. How TF does the opinion of a doctor trump the explicit legislation. Let the doctors sue the state for refusing to allow it. Have state troopers drag the sons of bitches off to prison on charges of conspiracy to commit grievous assault (mutilation). See how that goes. Limp-wristed apologists always come up with an excuse to do nothing, but never explore opportunities to fight.
If Montana prohibits medical care to pretend to be the opposite sex, how in heck did CFS get the rights to take the child away, so she can be transitioned?

I grew up in Montana and have watched it play out over the last 50 years... yes, I will blame California because just as Montana’s biggest export is its children. California’s biggest export is bad ideas. Montana has a low population and that makes it an easy place for verry wealthy idiots to buy power... ask yourself where the money on advertising comes from in the state go to Kalispell and white fish look at the mansions around flat head lake how much property is vacation homes owned by Californians.

Especially not when the government steps in to forcefully impose a radical leftist agenda on the child.
"Gender affirming treatment" is an excuse to not have to do any kind of diagnostics on the child. The child is suicidal? The child got the idea that if she were only male, her problems would go away? And now the state is enabling her to be mutilated instead of getting therapy to find out what her root problem is and addressing that? How is this anything other than state-sanctioned child abuse?
