If Montana prohibits medical care to pretend to be the opposite sex, how in heck did CFS get the rights to take the child away, so she can be transitioned?
She made suicidal statements. And of course that’s not what they told the judge, just that being placed with her mother in Canada was a better option, knowing full well that she could be transitioned there.
