If the government is doing this within their legal rights, then those legal rights need to be changed immediately by law. With a special session if necessary.

Gov. Gianforte told TND that children’s rights to “grow up in happy, healthy homes with loving families” are “not always realized.”
Especially when the state steals them.
It’s not. Yet.
But Gianforte is a RINO-ish squish, just like he was in Congress, and his chances of getting elected to a second term as Governor this year just took a big hit.
An anti-gun nutzoid Democrat is opposing Gianforte, and so is a solidly conservative state House Republican in the primary. The choice is an easy one now.

I have no idea what “evidence” you’re talking about. And I don’t consider myself subject to much at all.
Given how many on this message board derided AC for *not* going along with the lock down mandates during the 2020 pandemic? Probably not.
Reading excerpts from another article on the subject disclosed the following: "Upon hearing recent allegations related to a child welfare case, I asked Lieutenant Governor Kristen Juras – an experienced attorney, constitutional conservative, mother, and grandmother – to review it,” Gov. Gianforte said. “Consulting with the director of DPHHS and personally examining case documents, Lieutenant Governor Juras has concluded that DPHHS and the court have followed state policy and law in their handling of this tragic case.”
Given that it appears the child has an actual birth mother in Canada (which I don't recall being mentioned when this story first gained notoriety), the issue of transitioning (while ludicrous in and of itself) may only be something surface-level to other underlying issues.
Waiting and seeing what the other details are (if they get publicized at all) is only prudent.
