No one will ever win a lawsuit, everyone who got the shot signed a waiver, complete absolution of responsibility for the manufactuer and complete relinquishing of their rights to pursue legal action.

The most horrible part was people were forced to rake it and sign the waiver, good luck though trying to get these liberal judges and the liberal governent to rule in your favor for duress
