What’s the point? Hasn’t anyone told them that they can go into any store they choose and just take what they want? New York needs to take that $53M and instead, create a new program to send city workers around town to educate illegals on their right to just take whatever they want. At least that way some of the city’s bureaucrats can make some money off of it. Since their intent is to screw the law abiding, tax paying citizens, they’ll get more bang for their buck doing it this way.

They can buy steaks lobster and Jim Beam. Since they have no kitchens to cook in..... Perhaps a smart restaurateur will cook their food for a fee. Or a smart guy can set up mini kitchens that you rent by the hour.
