I’m afraid you are right. We Republicans cut off our nose to spite our face. DeSantis was the logical candidate. Now we are stuck with Trump and all his drama. The end result wil be 4 more years of intimidation, tyranny, and lawfare against conservatives.

I love the Republican Party and the people who support it , there are some policies I’m willing to negotiate or look the other way as I am a realist
But , I will not look the other way on immigration, economy and military strength. All else can be negotiated
