It will be hard. Alaskans voted in that nonsensical RCV voting in a state referendum. (Note I was surprised when told it was a referendum. ) RCV is effectively a incumbent protection scheme. I figured it was done by the legislature to keep their butts in their seats. Apparently the good citizens did it to themselves!
