He should have saved his money. He settled with the wife but he is still open to charges. Hope he knows a good lawyer.

He might not have to testify in the divorce case. But I doubt the issue simply goes away for the RICO defendants.

Yeah, this does absolutely nothing to impact the clear ethical and likely RICO violations involved in paying the boyfriend to prosecute Trump and his associates.

Let’s see how good a lawyer he is. Did he get her silence in writing?

Right? So...what facts are still outstanding? Fani lied about paying her special prosecutor team the same hourly rate. She singled out Nathan from the other prosecutors and paid him many times more than she pays them. She is colluding with the White House. She is still accused of gross conflict of interest by bedding her pet employee, Nathan Wade. Is the settlement amount for the Wade divorce public record? What did they give Joycelyn Wade to make her go away? What else....?

The pertinent question. My money is on Soros, or one of his foundations.

What else......she violated the canon of ethics so badly it can get her removed from the Trump case and disbarred.
The Georgia Legislature has an investigation committee on prosecutor ethics violations as well as fraudulent use of federal and state funds.
She made several trips to Washington to the White Hut to plan her timing on her fake Trump RICO prosecution, a huge ethics violation....so she thought she was an untouchable high roller. She has refused to hand over her documentation for examination by the courts, citing case in progress privilege.
A lot of the federal money they sent her from Washington was spent on her main bone man, like a prostitute and her pimp.
BUt she got caught in a love triangle.Fani herself is married with two daughters and a cuck husband she never talks about, she likely has been getting stray bone all along her sordid career path, her pictorial record on the web looks like it was so.
She's dead Jim !

Maybe that is why Wade was paid $650k by Fani. It is said that his bone fides were not worth the sum being paid.

He paid off the wife. Which mega donor kicked in the cash? Yes, Democrat Party operatives took care of this with a massive infusion of cash.

That was him, not her, right? Still an ethical problem.
