I agree with you 100%. To be avoided are the charges, court dates, juries, judges....unwarranted claims and rewards. Keeping quiet and keep ‘em guessing isn’t a bad defense to ridiculous charges coming out of the woodwork. Smile and walk away - live to fight another day!
