That year would be 2012 and before the primary, FreeRepublic had NOTHING good to say about Mitt (or the horse he rode in on).

Speaking about AFTER the primary; there were those of us FReepers who REFUSED to vote for Romney over Obama, because it would tend to legitimize MORMONism in the eyes of the nation, we got some pretty nasty remarks coming our way because...

"If you don't vote for Romney then you have voted for Obama."
