You trust Wikipedia as an accurate source? That's the first problem. I did a search for "Wes Moore" just now. How interesting--not a SINGLE conservative source has any article about him. Only the likes of CNN, WashPo, MSNBC, Baltimore Sun and other sewer sources. "...Moore was sworn in on a Bible once owned by Maryland abolitionist Frederick Douglass." It begins. So, Wes Moore's vision for Maryland is to complete its transition to a deep blue libtard state featuring blacks placed in every possible important position, not because they are particularly qualified, but because they're black. Where have we seen that before, and what were the results?
