...Section 3 of the Constitution’s 14th Amendment, which bars candidates from running for office if they engaged in an “insurrection” or “rebellion” against the United States.

Every news media organization tells us this, and we all know what it says.

My problem is, where does it say President Trump did this?

WE know he denies it. He supporters say he didn't.

Where do they get off reporting like this is some fact when in fact, it isn't?

In other words, who in the DNCMedia can show us the guilty verdict where President Trump was charged and convicted with/of either rebellion or insurrection?

Once again, thinking or believing it so doesn't ,make it so.

Not one citizen has been charged with and convicted of
taking part in an insurrection.

How does that bolster calling Trump the leader of an
insurrection if not one person has been convicted of
that infraction, most of all Trump?

I don’t see this addressed, EVER.
