Christian conservatives who believe as you do were duped for years into supporting the candidate who told you what you wanted to hear but never delivered and never had any intention of doing so. None of them delivered a reversal of Roe v Wade. That had to wait until a Donald Trump came along to make it happen.

Damn, you are clueless. Open your eyes. Trump’s never been more popular than he is today. In 2022, turnout was low because Trump WAS NOT on the ballot. Trump’s massive support isn’t support for the Republican party. Republican candidates will not automatically succeed because they have the letter R by their names. They will live and die based on how much of the MAGA agenda they embrace and how much support they’re willing to give to Trump, personally.
Those were all years when a Republican was President and the Dem field was wide open.
Easy enough for Trump to “move” to one of his properties in another state.

shrugs. i was an early supporter of Trump in 2015 when a lot of my Christian friends said no way. imho, he just didn’t accomplish any of the things he ran on and for which i supported him, on top of that, he did real damage to our conservative cause with many of his picks, choices, and policies. that’s why i have no confidence in him anymore.

Those of you who will sulk and not vote for Trump out of spite are few in number and many were not Trump supporters in 2016 and 2020, despite their claims to the contrary. Those of your ilk were never baked into the equation. Trump won without you in 2016 and 2020. He will do the same in 2024.

So the reversal of Roe v Wade wasn’t an accomplishment? Neither was instructing his administration to not enforce the Johnson amendment, banning trans from the military, or securing the border, defeating ISIS, and the Abraham Accords, etc.? Shrug. Oh well, I’m sorry he disappointed you.
