Good news for Floridians, looks like you are getting your governor back.
I find it interesting that many of the Trump supporters have convinced themselves that they will not need Desantis supporters or Haley supporters or Vivek supporters to win in the fall. I say that because they have been intent on harassing, belittling, insulting and demeaning anyone who supports anyone other than Trump for the past year. Surely they can’t believe that all of those people are just going meekly fall in line and support Trump, can they? Sure, a good portion will support Trump, but Trump can’t afford to lose many and still have any hope of winning in the fall. I suspect a significant percentage of supporters of other candidates will just sit out the fall. If that happens, the Trump supporters who so gleefully and viciously attacked fellow conservatives in very personal terms will only need to look in the mirror to see who is to blame.
DeSantis may be suspending his campaign to raise cash and to let Haley and Trump directly attack each other full-time.
DeSantis isn’t going to be President if Trump remains a contender.
If Trump is taken out by Jack Smith, DeSantis could then wade back in against a Trump-battered Haley.
Other factors are the Florida legislative session and the Florida weather.

I figure Ron duh Santis is just gonna vacation around SC and areas for a few more weeks then maybe decide to get back to his state and do his job.
Going to suck returning to Florida and having to go back to work.
As predicted earlier, DeSantis would be suspending his campaign on Jan 15th. Looks like it will happen soon.
If he wants to maintain any type of serious viability to run for President down the road, he needs to GET OUT NOW!

If he does stay in the race he is going to get his butt handed to him. He should bow out and endorse Trump, then go back to Florida and try to be a decent Governor.
I have never trusted him as he is a politician, and being a politician makes a person untrustworthy.
We’ll see if he is actually more than a politician with his coming actions after he either gets beaten or quits. If he starts to act like a denied three-year-old and starts to do liberal things to hurt Florida out of spite then he proves he is nothing more than a political worm. If he goes home and picks up the fight for conservatism and our Constitution, then he will show he is actually a good guy and not a pure politician.
