And the teacher training is dreadful; so are the waaaaaaaaaay dumbed down for the state tests, which many newly minted teachers fail, are so dumbed down, that a third grader, in the 1950s could easily pass, are all part of the problem!
It’s the “everybody gets a trophy” mentality
