Only one side has nukes. The Pakistani government is evil and corrupt but other Muslims don’t like Iranians much, or so I have been told. They could do the world a favor if they nuked Tehran. Best of all, the rest of the ME could not blame either the US or Israel.
We don't know that. I doubt that Pakistan would risk a retaliatory strike now or when Iran does get the bomb.

They could do the world a favor by effecting regime change in Iran. I don't think nuking Tehran would necessarily achieve this.
