I have no idea. I bumped the bottom of my rib on right side really hard on my sharp table edge a few weeks ago, and it was hurting so I’d been wearing a waistband. Then 3 days ago it started hurting on the side higher up. Could have been some exercises in PT or twisting hard to see while driving, I thought I’d pulled my muscle.
They gave me a band that fits higher up.
You could post them here and then I would move them over if someone does a Watch Party Thread, if that’s OK.
