Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley are locked in a tight race for the coveted first-loser title.

However, the DeSantis campaign is very upset with the media for declaring President Trump the Iowa winner.

Thanks for providing this. I’ve been looking at X and it’s crybaby central from all the influencers who had hitched their social media income, to RDS. They are parroting “election interference” and claiming “MSM called it before ppl voted”.

It’s a sad ending to a sad campaign. Even if RDS carries on, I think we are here:

Realistically, the election declaration before the voting was completed is not appropriate. Even if the result was a foregone conclusion, it still should have waited.
