IF Trump wasn’t running, the DNCMedia and the democrats would be talking about DeSantis as if he was the soul of Nixon, Joe McCarthy and Adolph Hitler combined. The stuff he did in Florida with Disney and the so-called “Don’t say gay” law would be upfront and in his face.
I don’t have any false belief they’d go easier on him than they do on Trump.
That’s what’s so frustrating about Republican politicians. They seem to think that Democrats are their allies. Meanwhile, Democrats use Republicans until their usefulness is over, then they destroy them. Republicans never seem to learn from these betrayals. Look at Kevin McCarthy. He actually thought Nancy Pelosi had his back. They’re like useful idiots. It’s insane.
