We make a mistake when we talk about a candidate being banned when the actual framing of the issue is disenfranchised voters.
Those candidates usually had to go through a process to get on the ballot in the first place which usually involves people signing a petition.Thousands of people denied their rights by government.
Any other issue this would be called “Deprivation of rights under color of law”
Taking a candidate off the ballot violates citizens right to vote. Government cannot claim voters can vote for another candidate when the purpose of voting is to control government.. not to choose from an acceptable list crafted by government

Congressional fake Republicans won’t reel in the courts although they have the Constitutional power.
All federal courts other than the Supreme Court are created by Congress.
