LINK to the Florida Form 6. I observe on page 3 that the Legislature and the Governor did NOT exempt themselves from this disclosure. It DOES NOT apply only to local officials. Also, read the instructions carefully; it appears to allow aggregation of all personally owned assets, rather than listing them separately.

A long list of state and local officials, from the governor down to tax collectors, sheriffs, and school board members, are already required to complete Form 6.

It appears to just be elected officials, attorneys, and appraisers.
These are key positions of influence. This is a very small number of public employees.
