Denver Mayor Mike Johnston said Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation” said that Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) needed to coordinate sending migrants to cities so it can be done in a “humanitarian way.”

MARGARET BRENNAN: Mr. Mayor of Denver, to be clear here, I know that you have looked at New York and Chicago making decisions to restrict bus arrivals. Are you trying to take measures in your city to restrict them from even arriving in the first place?

Either way, the trend of liberal cities and the suburbs around them trying to restrict bus travel in order to avoid having dumps of illegals into their town - isn't that a rather fascist move? I would think that freedom of movement is still an American value.
It is time for the Denver mayor to step up and take command: have Denver representatives at the border with meals and ground transportation to the closest airport for the immigrants.
Then fly the newcomers directly to Denver on chartered aircraft paid for by Denver taxpayers. If the mayor has the money, fly them first-class.
Nothing is too good for the border crashers.

Isn’t it strange many Democratic Governors and Mayors of big cities declared they were sanctuary cities until the illegal aliens started showing up on their door step courtesy of the current and past Democratic Presidents.
