Europe was smart enough to see that the Houthi attacks on Red Sea shipping were very specifically targeted. Danish shipping giant Maersk has already announced that they would resume shipping through the Suez Canal.

I predicted several weeks ago that the most likely outcome is for Israel to be isolated by European countries who don’t give a damn about it and consider it little more than a nuisance in global affairs.

And hours ago, the Danish owned/operated MAERSK HANGZHOU was struck by a Houthi missile. The US Navy responded to assist, and shot down 2 additional anti-ship ballistic missiles. Many of the ships struck have had no connection to Israel, despite Houthi claims.

Early this morning, US Navy helicopters from the Eisenhower CSG and USS Gravely engaged multiple Houthi small boats attacking the MAERSK HANGZHOU in the southern Red Sea.

Per US CENTCOM, the Navy helicopters “sank three of the four small boats, killing the crews.”
