Former President Donald Trump took to Truth Social on Tuesday with a message about his ongoing election case in Washington, D.C.: "I am entitled to IMMUNITY."
"I wasn't campaigning, the Election was over," Trump wrote. "I was doing my duty as President to expose and further investigate a Rigged and Stolen Election. It was my obligation to do so, and the proof found is voluminous and irrefutable.
"Therefore, among other reasons, of course I am entitled to IMMUNITY. ADDITIONALLY, I DID NOTHING WRONG. Stop the Witch Hunt NOW!"

“If you see something, say something.”
In my experience, people who try to follow that advice almost always get stomped on.
Liberals are pure scum.
Wrong choice of words.
No one is “Entitled”
Total truth bomb!
Trumps legal defense need not rest on immunity but on the facts. There was no insurrection, no call to violence by the president, no armed resistance, and no attempt to change the outcome of an election, but the lawful attempt to protect the election from unlawful voting and false counting. J6 was an enthusiastic, even rowdy, patriotic, yet peaceful demonstration that was infiltrated by those who with malice and forethought sought to disturb the peace with violent confrontations. The violence was not the result of Trump, but the democrat party and their apparatchiks. The reason for the violence was to blame it on Trump and those who opposed the democrats election theft by equating doubting the election result and media narrative with a revolution and coup.
Yes, he is absolutely correct. He has absolute immunity for actions taken while president. He also has an absolute right to his presidential records under the presidential records act. The classified documents case is BS. Any document that is given to the president is automatically a classified document. All of those documents are his after his term is over, subject to being stored at some point by the national archives.
100% a fight against corruption.
