Xi told Biden he plans to take Taiwan — by any means necessary

Chinese President Xi Jinping warned President Biden last month that he intends to end Taiwan’s decades-long de facto independence — peacefully, if possible.

Xi told the 81-year-old commander-in-chief that “Beijing will reunify Taiwan with mainland China but that the timing has not yet been decided,” NBC News reported Wednesday, citing three current and former US officials briefed on the meeting.

The White House didn’t deny the exchange, which occurred during a Nov. 15 summit outside San Francisco that was attended by a dozen US and Chinese officials.

“I’m not gonna get into the specifics of the discussion between the two leaders,” National Security Council spokesman John Kirby told reporters on Air Force One en route to Milwaukee. “I think you can understand I’m not gonna read out that private conversation.”

“President Xi has been public and clear about his desires for reunification — that’s not something that’s different or new,” Kirby added.

The Ukraine War is actually good for Taiwan. They can build a lot of drones. China can attempt to invade Taiwan but they will have problems just like the Russians did with Ukraine.

The difference was that for Russia, Ukraine is next door.

But Taiwan is an island. I don't see China with a capability to make amphibious landings at Taiwan.

Problematic on every level. That is not just the average PLA threat to pacify the opposition back in Beijing, that was a promise:

• Sun Tzu: "Victorious warriors win first and then go to war"

• Xi's perception is remarkably limited. Right now his state-of-mind is that TrumpII will replace Biden.

• The PLA is encouraging him that taking Taiwan now will directly consolidate their illegal South China Sea territorial claims.

• Again, all Xi has to do is first blockade the Phillipines, as China owns all the key intra-island transport lines and the ferry services like 2GO. The CCP could simply stop all the ferry and freight service to all of the Phillipines, and within 2 weeks they would be eating each other.

• Xi knows that TrumpII will punch China in its dirty godless confucian face early and often, and they will get the idea that Taiwan is not their hill to die on -- that is the one and only thing they understand .

• Unfortunately that leads to the alternate solution, that Xi was warning The White Hospice that the invasion of Taiwan is imminent, that the CCP knows they could "trade" the Phillipines back to the US in exchange for Taiwan, thinking Biden's advisors like Bubba's bitch boy Jake Sullivan will convince the Senate to "save face" Confucian-style in this manner -- compounding defeat with humilitation, a revenge that the Chinese burn with -- the US 'military' is already on board with this solution.
