I don’t recall this terminology but corporate HR likes this concept. The terms I remember most was “high talent”. “fast track” or “long runway” meaning they fit the EEO profile that HR likes (now DEI) and were young enough they could be bounced around in a string of positions to enhance their resume whilst always being promoted before they could be held to account for their incompetence. Onward and upward! Thinking about it, this probably originated in academia and was co-opted by big business since they all eat from the same trough.

I’ve heard them called twofers, threefers, etc. YOu know....black, or black and lesbian, etc.
