I agree with that. More likely, the sniper may have mistaken them for Hamas terrorists. Collateral damage. It happens in war.
But it's possible that the sniper was sadistic enough to do this. Again, Hamas started this war on 10/7.
True we all need to have the facts.
Remember how Rashida Tlaib got hysterical about alleged Israeli targeting of a hospital in Gaza? Then it turned out the Bomb Blast at the hospital was actually fired by Hamas fighters?
It is frustrating when people have knee jerk reactions and then facts come out later.
