Ahhh, actually you are quite correct. Not just with Black men, but with men, particularly young men in general.
When I was a kid contraceptives were a drug store item that had to be embarrassingly purchased and being caught with them would mean being shamed.
Today there is no excuse, they are sold everywhere and having them is no longer a sin. My point being, with contraceptives so easy to get, there is no excuse for unwanted pregnancies. But they still happen more so than back when contraceptives were hard to get.
