FDA is not a physician. It has authority to inform, announce, and apprise — but not to endorse, denounce, or advise.
Appeals Court..
An appeals court has ruled that the FDA overstepped its authority in telling the public not to use ivermectin to treat Covid.
The lawsuit was filed by Dr. Mary Tally Bowden and two others. Dr. Bowden says ivermectin is safe and effective to treat Covid, and, like many doctors, prescribed it to patients. But the FDA controversialized the medicine in infamous tweets that referred to the veterinary form of ivermectin. One tweet read, "You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.”
Dr. Bowden argued the FDA hurt her ability to treat patients and damaged her reputation. She was one of the doctors featured in our report on medical professionals who refused the first hospital to mandate Covid vaccines: Houston Methodist.
Dr. Mary Talley Bowden: "I've tested over 80,000 people for Covid, and that's what first alerted me to what was going on, because we keep track of who's vaccinated and who's not. And the patients who were vaccinated and testing positive were just as sick, if not sicker, than the ones that weren't. And eventually, I saw more vaccinated patients testing positive than unvaccinated, and that's when I really became vocal — and Methodist did not like that."
In the ivermectin case, four appeals judges pointed out the FDA omitted that there's a safe and effective human form of the medicine and ruled the FDA overstepped its authority.
In response to, “You are not a horse,” the court wrote, “FDA is not a physician. It has authority to inform, announce, and apprise — but not to endorse, denounce, or advise."
Huh. I thought this lunatic government said we could be a horse if we simply said “I’m a horse”
Me too, I prefer the Red Apple vs Green Apple flavor.
Who do I contact, my PCP laughed when I requested a prescription.
lol!
Amazon. Durvet Ivermectin is available, 6 pack for $60 bucks.
Should have been more clear, how do I get food grade Ivermectin?
Often they are produced in the same facilities the "human" version and made with similar quality control.
Dr. Mary Talley Bowden was suspended by Houston Methodist Hospital for spreading COVID-19 misinformation and refusing to treat vaccinated patients.
Bowden has used her Twitter account to share her opinions about COVID-19, mainly about the drug ivermectin. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has issued health advisories about ivermectin, reiterating that it does not treat or prevent COVID-19. The drug is commonly used to treat parasites in humans and animals. The National Institutes of Health has determined there is “insufficient data” to recommend the drug for COVID prevention and treatment, and the FDA has not approved it for such uses either.
Staff members are vaccinated to protect patients, and while Bowden told the hospital she was vaccinated, she emailed patients saying she would only treat the unvaccinated, the Houston Methodist Hospital representative said.
“Despite what she has posted, Houston Methodist does not and will never deny care to a patient based on vaccination status,” the spokesperson said. “Dr. Bowden, who has never admitted a patient at Houston Methodist Hospital, is spreading dangerous misinformation which is not based in science.”
Bowden is an ear, nose and throat and sleep medicine doctor at BreatheMed in Houston. She is also involved in a lawsuit with another hospital over the use of ivermectin. The family of Jason Jones is suing Texas Health Huguley Hospital to allow Bowden to administer ivermectin. Jones has been hospitalized with COVID-19 for over a month and the hospital says ivermectin would be medically inappropriate, according to the Forth Worth Star Telegram.
Always follow the money. Bowden charges hundreds to thousands of dollars for ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, IV vitamins, & visits to a salt cave.
She claims to have “treated” 4000+ people, so she’s probably made off with millions.
At a Higher Dose and Longer Duration, Ivermectin Still Not Effective Against COVID-19

“A Cochrane meta-analysis of 11 eligible trials examining the efficacy of ivermectin for the treatment of COVID-19 published through April 2022 concluded that ivermectin has no beneficial effect for people with COVID-19.1 Since May 2022, an additional 3 large randomized clinical trials including several thousand participants have been published, each reaching a similar conclusion. . . . “
My wife has pretty bad arthritis, she takes a drug called GABAPENTIN, it’s been prescribed to her for many years.
The only difference between my wife’s GABAPENTIN at 400 milligrams per dose and one of my older DOG’S is the dog’s dose is 200 milligrams.
Got Sophie’s prescription from my Vet and they look EXACTLY the same (100 milligram caplets), my wife has to take 4 of her doctors prescription and Sophie only has to take 2.
Any time the FDA says don’t take a specific drug because it’s for animals only they are full of SH!T.
THERE ARE VERY FEW ANIMAL ONLY DRUGS.
Ivermectin has been a regularly used drug for fighting some parasite infections in other countries for about 70 years, the form it comes in is irrelevant, the only thing you need to figure out is dosage per weight, same as any other drug.
DOESN’T MATTER IF IT IS APPLE FLAVORED PASTE OR A PILL!
Neil Cavuto has always been an ultralib BRAINDEAD ASS!
I can’t even stand to see that fat ugly face with those beady, shifty eyes.
I took it when I had the flu. My fever broke immediately after.
We got ours from ivermectin.com
Not cheap - they shipped fast. I heard about them from Dr. Kelly Victory.
Prior to being able to get ivermectin from the above source & with no other alternative, I used the Durvet horse paste with good results & no adverse effects.
Yeah. The Green apple doesn’t have as sharp of a flavor. I use it with an apple tart and cranberry juice. Taking either straight off a spoon seems bland. Horses must have better taste buds than us. The tart and fruit are good for texture too as a chewing experience. My regular doctor, is in his 70’s like me. He thinks I’m a little goofy I think he’ a little up tight with his overlords. Anyway the horses get theirs and I get mine. You live till you die. I figure it’s fight, screw, or go for your gun. Stand on your feet, or die on you knees. You get your choice. Regards
“Always follow the money. Bowden charges hundreds to thousands .... “

Seriously? And Pfizer, Moderna et al made what off the jabs .... just a few billion .... all “honest” money, of course from these ‘saints’.
AND-—THE FDA CANNOT KEEP A RECORD OF IT’S USAGE.
What about the part where the government is not supposed to be allowed to mandate emergency development or distribution of a vaccine when there is a viable medicine already available?
It will be interesting to see if this decision is also appealed. BigGov gotta cover their “flanks.”
