People who are not interested in facts, ie., things that can be proven, don’t move the conversation or the nation forward. Too much energy wasted on bs claims and not enough time spent on how to make meaningful changes.
Rudy did not help himself, Donald Trump or our nation. He seems to drink way to much and offer one dumb comment after another. He has become ridiculous. Trump needs to stay far, far away from Rudy.

He already admitted in court that his statements were defamatory. The only thing that he was contending was whether or not there were damages due to his dafamation.

In order to tabulate the ballots, the scanners must first get a clear scan of the entire batch of ballots. Scanning is simply one step in the tabulation process. Once a batch of ballots is scanned clearly and free of errors, the elections worker has to click on a separate button on a computer monitor in order to tabulate the ballots. (Id. at 30-35).6 Investigators reviewed the activity logs for the scanners to corroborate the statements of the witnesses, and the paper jams reported by witnesses and shown in the video footage were confirmed by the scanner activity logs. Based upon this evidence, investigators found no evidence of wrongdoing.”

FWIW, I read a similar statement from an elections official in MI. It was noted in the sanctions order against several lawyers (Powell and others) who had argued that ballots were illegally run through machines more than once. Official stated that it is standard practice to scan more than once when a clear scan is not obtained the first time.
