Former President Trump announced on his social media platform, Truth Social, on Sunday, that he no longer plans to testify at his civil fraud trial on Monday.
Trump had been scheduled to testify Monday as one of the final defense witnesses in a trial that has lasted two months and is entering its final week of testimony.
Court officials also confirmed to Fox News that Trump has notified the court that he is not testifying.

Ergo, why in the world WOULD Trump testify?
He will be found “guilty”. If some wacko bitch who calls “rape sexy” can come out of nowhere, claim Trump raped her in a high end dept store 30 years ago with no evidence, no witnesses, no videotape, no DNA and Trump is found liable for $5 million, then he has no chance with this.
What they are doing to him is absolutely outrageous and the RINOpublican party can go to absolute hell for sitting back and doing absolutely nothing about it.
And BTW what is this focus on Hunter Biden? TO HELL with Hunter Biden! Focus on ELECTION INTEGRITY 100% or this country is FINISHED!

Don’t play the extreme far-left’s game. Send them a sticky note saying you are going to use the left’s tactic and take the Fifth. If they have anything they think they can prove, they need to put up or shut up. Far-left freaks.
And New York City leftard jurors already hate him for defeating Hillary and for defying their beloved Deep State, and will hate his Orange Man-ishness even more if they see him in the flesh. Better to just win on the law and the evidence, if it’s possible to win in that forum. I doubt it is.

There was no crime. A raft of expert witnesses testified to that effect. Its going to get overturned on appeal so testifying would just be dumb.
No doubt they would create a perjury charge over some nit-picky statement.
It’s not criminal, but civil, and there are no damages. But if he testifies, the perjury trap they’re layingwill make it criminal.
So all they can do is assess punitive damages with no actual material damages predicate for punitive. Easy appeal.
Wise choice by PDJT. Don’t testify at the civil war trial.
For once Trump may be listening to his lawyers.
