you’r right. It is a ploy that they will use to prevent public testimony and maybe a deposition. He will be able to use the 5th Ammendment.
That probably is not a good idea but it is all they have left to obscure the truth.

So Hunter can wiggle out of this, but now Joe doesn’t look so good, and the superdelegates at the DNC convention shoehorn in Gavin with either Gretchen or Wookie as the VP.
