Harry is now fifth in line, and three young children of William and Katherine are ahead of him. With his behaviour, there is a very real possibility of him being removed from the line of succession. There is also no real possibility that Harry's offspring (if they were actually issued from Yacht Girl's body, which is highly doubtful, but that is the story for another thread) will ever get within shouting distance of the throne.

Personally I don't get too worked up about the race thing, and Meghan is likely no more than a quadroon. She is a narcissistic grifter, who (along with Harry) wants to monetize the Monarchy. They have successfully cast themselves as the villains. As a narcissist, Meghan would rather get top billing as villainess than be on the second tier of working Royals, so she and Harry have done a great job of taking themselves out of the picture. Both also underestimated the resolve of Charles once they crossed the line with Oprah and "Waaaaaagh!". William won't put up with anything.
