Abortion has been determined to be a states rights issue and will not be on the ballot next year.
The left will put it on the state ballot to just coincide with the 2024 election. It draws out voters that might not normally vote. Those voters will then vote democrat.
You're crazy if you think Biden won't be running with it next year though, given how big an electoral winner it's been for the Democrats in 2022 and 2023 since the Supreme Court's Dobbs ruling.
Biden's going to be reminding voters that Trump put three justices on the Supreme Court, and they all voted to strike down Roe v. Wade, and saying if he gets in the White House again he'll appoint more "extremist" judges who will take it further. Hell, I've already seen Biden commercials here in Georgia that are abortion themed.
I honestly think abortion might be the one thing that could bail Biden's sorry behind out in 2024. He sure as heck doesn't have much positive to campaign on given how disastrous his presidential term has been.
But in their minds it will always be on the ballot. Because they are mentally ill!
