That seems low. I would bet over 35% without regard to party. They are completely irrational on this issue.

I agree with you. Rush Limbaugh did a segment on this, he asked, “what is the one issue that keeps people voting for democrats? He answered. “Abortion”. I tried it with the few democrats I knew, maybe ten. They resoundingly answered “abortion”. Terrorism, economy, border were all secondary.
