The ketogentic/carnivore diets are rapidly gaining adherents in the U.S. as it makes people healther and gets them away from the processed supermarket junk that is poisoining us.

I remember when McD’s (1965) was so cheap that I could have lunch for under $1.00, and get some change; born in 1949, I was in HS 1963-67, and college 1967-71. Change was important back then...
