Another example Nixon, Nixon was not convicted of anything, not even impeached!
Ford pardoned Nixon.

That’s simply not true.
He pardoned Steve Bannon on his last day in office and Bannon had not been convicted of anything.
But it is true, you have to apply for a pardon. The jan 6 people did not have the time and NO ONE expected what happened to happen.
