The narrator seems stunned, and I admit it’s hard to watch the two women rustling around their trench,knowing that Russian regular army are coming toward them. There’s no blood; they’re heavily suited up (completely covered) with one firing and one throws a grenade - something I dare not do, because sadly, I really do ‘throw like a girl.’

So did she. And if I can guess I’d say she threw a projectile that supposedly weighs around 2 pounds about 30 yards. I don’t think so using that weak overhand throw she used. No straight arm, no body use. C’mon...
