I wouldn't want to depend on man's contribution to atmospheric carbon dioxide to help the Earth replenish all of that coal that's been extracted since the start of the Industrial Age.

Yes, and then it really gets good. There is no causal correlation between CO2 amounts in the atmosphere and Global temperature. We’ve been much colder at times of much higher CO2.
