Why is it too late? THe DNC (like the RNC) is a private organization and can nominate anyone they want. The DNC has a small advantage over the RNC this time around because there is no primary.
There is zero probability that Biden will be their candidate in 2024.

It is sad that you accept an NBC poll as accurate.
That would indicate an electoral Trump landslide. A large percentage of Dem voters are in deep blue states like California and New York.
I actually believe Tater Swuft will be the far lefties’ nominee for President with Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson or Smiley Virus as her VP. The “Karen” ticket.

I look at Real Clear Politics for their poll aggregation. (They don’t do their own polls but average out the results of pollsters.)

A year before the election, with most people watching football instead of paying attention to politics, these poll results mean very little.
My point was that if Trump wins the popular vote he’ll most likely be winning all the contested states. How would he loae by 15m in NY CA, lose by millions in IL, MA AND lose all of the contested states and still will the National “Popular Vote”? That more than likely won’t happen.
