Vince Ricci says his concealed carry permit was revoked after he opened fire November 4, 2023, on alleged intruders outside his Los Angeles home in an effort to protect his family.
Breitbart News reported that alleged armed intruders tried to overtake Ricci as he was about to enter his home around 7:30 p.m. on November 4, only to find themselves fleeing under a barrage of bullets.

Robbers always get the first shot.
A permit implies PERMISSION. When you have to ask permission for a God given right, YOU are a subject not a citizen.
Next time you hear bad words or propaganda about Sovereign citizenship, think back to what the word means. Think about what the Constitution protects, We the People ARE THE SOVEREIGNS. We have last call on laws, not personal choice to follow some and disregard others. We have the right to band together and go to the House floor and DEMAND changes. When they call it an insurrection, it is not a bad thing that a new leader will change. It PROVES beyond a reasonable doubt that we are servants, serfs, slaves to the government.
The left would have been more satisfied had the homeowner died..after all, the perps were black and the victim was white..oppressor vs the oppressed
“Revoked”
Actually he said suspended. Another article says temporary.

He doesn’t really need a permit does he?
You only have the “right” to self-defense if you don’t defend yourself. Such is the absolute lunacy of modern Democrats.
The prophet mentioned them 2,500 years back: Isaiah 5:20-23
What did he expect would happen after he attacked those poor, underprivileged, minority yutes that were peacefully practicing their chosen profession??
What can you say, California and Los Angeles.
I wonder if the gun rights of the robbers will be revoked? Oh felons are not allowed to possess firearms.... Yes, those gun control laws sure don’t work do they?
“He told FOX News that the sheriff’s office indicated the suspension was due to him “yelling” at officers”
Bump
Too bad this country can’t initiate a Constitutional Convention and amend the Constitution to say whatever laws and rules enacted for the general public also applies to Congress and all government organizations.
Yes. But this was on his property where he has the right to carry anyway. What is intriguing is that he got an LA County CCW to begin with especially since he lives in the city. They are pretty rare - and generally speaking, if you live in the city you need to get the LAPD to issue not the county.
CA is messed up in many ways. CCW is not different. They are to be issued by the local jurisdiction but good throughout the state. The only time one is supposed to get one from the Sheriff is when the city itself declares they won’t issue any permits. LA does issue permits, so I’m intrigued at how he got the permit (and what “reason” he put, because you need to show “good cause”) but doubt this story will have many legs.
Parts of what people THINK is all Los ANGELES city-—are actually COUNTY-—Sheriff jurisdiction
Many individual “cities” are also in the same area.
Burbank—for instance—is a CITY of it’s own.
The big dirty secret..... Is that felons are NOT required BY LAW to register their guns! As per US Supreme Court ruling!
Because that would be self-incrimination, of course. And a violation of the fifth amendment.
Yes. Many cities inside Los Angeles County. Burbank, Culver City, West Hollywood, Long Beach and many more. Then there is the city of Los Angeles, and the unincorporated areas of LA county.
But my point was more technical about the process of getting a CCW. However I looked it up and it has apparently gotten easier to get a CCW since the Supreme Court Bruen ruling. Seems the LAPD has dropped their “good cause” requirements. Before this ruling my understanding was that you had to get a license from the city police in which you live, unless the city doesn’t issue at all then you could apply with the county. OR - if you had a significant presence (business etc) outside the city in which you lived you could apply with a different jurisdiction. Maybe that has changed since the Bruen ruling. I live in unincorporated land, so I can only go to the Sheriff. But this guy lives in the city yet has a CCW issued by the county. I was just curious why and how. It’s possible he spends substantial time outside the city or a business outside the city making him eligible. Or maybe the way things used to be have changed. My neighbors have CCW permits. Though many of them are LEO. :-). But not all. My other neighbor just got a new carry holster. He had one under the old rules - ran a bar/restaurant spent late nights with lots of cash that was generally considered “good cause”. Just “protect myself and my family” used to not be good cause but I guess they got rid of that requirement. So maybe I’ll go and apply for one.
