Nobody is addressing the fact that Sen. Biden shouldn’t have had classified stuff at home...period.

Thx for the link.

And lets not forget.....Biden retroactively changed the classification law, raided Mar-a-Lago, then arrested Trump for having the now-illegal documents.

Despicable.

He was never expected to bring charges.

The whole point of appointing a special counsel was so that the lapdog media could dutifully report that it had been thoroughly investigated and no wrongdoing was found.

So you’re saying there’s no material difference between Biden’s issue and Trump’s?

And btw, I’m a bit disappointed that Biden didn’t at least get at least some type of punishment.

Trump was allowed to have those documents, Biden wasnt..Trump had them all stored at Mar A Lago in a safe room, Biden had them stored all over the damn place..in his freakin garage where ANYONE could have gone in..and Hunter had access to those docs too and I think Hunter took some of them and sold it to the highest bidder

thanx.

and it’s not going to be about having them (think hillary), it’s going to be about how cooperative he\they were when it was found out. vs. trying to sell Pres. Trump as NOT being cooperative.

might as well bring this forward.

This is a preferable outcome that underscores the political lawfare & statism eviscerating the Republic.

The Presidential Records Act is irrelevant, Trump is not being charged under that act which has no criminal penalties.

Trump is being charged with violations of the Espionage Act of 1917 which is the first time this act has ever been used against an ex President, even though prior to 1976, former Presidents routinely took Presidential records including National Defense Information with them when they left office.

The Espionage Act is of questionable relevance against an ex President who by virtue of their unique office was the highest classification authority in the government and since technically they still retain authorization to access National Defense Information (classified information) after they leave office unless that authorization is rescinded by a later administration. Biden however did not retain or ever have highest classification authority (prior to being elected President) and there seems to be no legal justification for him having classified materials in his possession.

“How the F can that be while they prosecute Trump and Biden had the documents in his garage?? “

Because when it comes to political dissidents, there is no difference in the legal system between the USA and Russia/China - except in your imagination.

Actually there is. The USA is more hypocritical and fake. And has more dupes pretending this is an evenhanded legal process.

Nice catch-——Biden however did not retain nor did he ever have “highest classification authority” (prior to being elected President), and there seems to be no legal justification for him having classified materials in his possession.

Excellent point.

.......it’s not going to be about “just having them” (think hillary)........

..... it’s going to be about how cooperative he\they were when found out
vs. typical Biden agit-prop......tarring Pres. Trump as NOT being cooperative........

Excellent questions! Of course, we all know why Joetato won’t be prosecuted by the Just-us Department but Donald Trump will be even though he was POTUS, had documents secured and was legally entitled to declassify them.

This should be further ammunition in the Bribe-em impeachment effort but we’ll see where that even goes. I’m not very confident in it all.
