Eight suspects between the ages of 13 and 17 are in custody after the fatal beating of a student outside his Las Vegas high school earlier this month, local authorities said Tuesday. The teenagers will be charged with murder in connection with the death of Jonathan Lewis, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Lewis, 17, died on Nov. 7 of injuries sustained in a “physical altercation” with more than a dozen other individuals six days earlier, police previously said.
On Tuesday, a department spokesman said that 10 individuals were believed to be involved in the assault, with two suspects still unidentified and unaccounted for. The spokesman said that the fight between Lewis and the mob was over a pair of stolen wireless headphones and a vape pen.
The 17-year-old’s father told local station KLAS-TV that he hoped his son’s attackers could “find forgiveness in their heart and find a way to be able to come to terms with what they’ve done.”

I did not understand your statement about anti-cop people being idiots. I suppose you are referring to something specific. Would you elaborate? My position is that the “pro-cop” sentiment here on FR and on the right in general is naive.
The anti-cop sentiment on the left is exactly like all their other emotionalized issues as they feel so intensely about what wrongs they see but have no understanding of the unintended consequences of their alternative.
I don’t know anything about anti-cop sentiment here on FR, pardon my ignorance, and would appreciate any specific information.
Generalizations are necessary in any discussion of any sub-category of sociology, including criminal justice and public safety. We can say, “The cops are the good guys (if that is true), or “There are a few bad apples,” and also discuss why Arvada Colorado police officer, Gordon Beesley, killed the concealed carry hero John Hurley, or why Texas Trooper Crimson Elizondo waited outside the Robb Elementary School while 19 children were being murdered. “If my son had been in there, I would not have been outside. I promise you that,” she said. She was on scene 2 minutes after the gunman entered the school.
12-year-old Le’den Boykins was killed on Sept. 10, 2021 when the Georgia Highway Patrol used a PIT maneuver to wreck the car he was in. They knew there were 2 children in the car. Every commenter on the YouTube video justified the GHP and blamed the driver who was charged and sentenced to 15 years.

Today, I was in line at a department store, two women behind me were talking and one was extremely distraught, she was getting ready to leave for New Jersey to attend her nieces funeral, describing to her friend the death of her beautiful niece in Nashville on November 9th. Jillian was an 18 year old music student at Belmont University in a Nashville. She was doing her usual run and was randomly shot and died. The lady said, the police were referring to it as a stray bullet. But the lady said the family is calling it murder. This thug was arrested last year for an almost identical crime, he shot into a car with two young toddlers in the car. Thank God no one was was injured. The lady said, a panel decided the shooter was not competent to stand trial but not sick enough to be institutionalized so he was released. When I got home I looked this murder up and noticed it was simply mentioned he had been “arrested” last year, but FAILED to mention it was for an almost identical type shooting as Jillian’s, difference being Jillian is dead and wouldn’t be if this man had been locked up.

Well that’s the while idea. Have a judicial system that works. Right now I don’t see much “justice” happening, unless it’s punishment for a white person who commits a crime. Equal justice or all I see is a further decline to anarchy, which is party to vigilante justice.
