Monday on FNC’s “Fox & Friends,” Gov. Sarah Sanders (R-AR), who also served as a press secretary in the Trump administration, discussed her decision to endorse her former boss Donald Trump.
Sanders contrasted the Biden presidency with Trump’s term and said her timing was tied to the direction of the race.
“Why was last week the right time to endorse your former boss?” Fox News Channel’s Brian Kilmeade asked.
“Look, I think that the contrast between what is shaping up to be a rematch between Donald Trump and Joe Biden could not be more clear,” Sanders replied. “If you want to break it down very simply, the Trump — the Trump presidency was a complete and total success, and everything we’ve seen so far from Joe Biden has been a complete and total failure. If we want open borders, America to be weaker at home and abroad if we want out-of-control inflation, Joe Biden’s your guy.”
“If you want our country to be more secure and more prosperous, then Donald Trump is the person that people should be voting for in 2024. I’d been governor for a little less than a year really wanted to focus on my time as governor. But now, as we’re getting closer and closer to ’24 and the field is lining up between these two people, I thought it was really important to speak out. And I was glad I had the opportunity to do that alongside President Trump last week.”

Oh, I’ll bet Sarah’s going to be the topic of serious discussion on CNN later this week.
“Did you hear what she said? I spilled my coffee!!”
Angling for Trump’s VP? Hope not.
You go girl! Feed them rats the red meat! Watch them fight over it while melting down into rat soup.
“Did you hear what she said? I spilled my coffee!!”
It was actually a soy, skim milk triple latte.

That’s what it sounds like. She’s using a soup ladle to pour on the praise, butter him up.
That how they talk at Starbucks nowadays.
Coffee has it’s own lingo, full of key phrases the customer is expected to know.
Right after Sarah Sanders made the comment, she had to readjust her knee pads.
Exactly- He accomplished a great deal-
IF he doesn’t win by a landslide- after the success he garnered for America, then only 1 of 2 scenarios is possible- either Americans can’t stand success, OR the election will have been stolen... again
It seems inconceivable that America wouldn’t choose a proven successful leader and woudl rather have higher prices on everything, high gas prices- be a laughing stock of the world- weak internationally, and woudl rather have a president who accomplishes nothing good domestically- But then again America just wanted “Free Money” and “Free Obama Phones” for 2 elections-
Who is your VP pick?
There may appear to be more qualified candidates, however, it could boil down to:
1. Does Trump have the slightest reason to believe she would every betray him?
2. Will Trump be comfortable with her record as a political executive and ability as a campaigner?
3. Does she want the job and can she convey a sense of confidence in her ability to serve in that role?
Can't stand Kilmeade, and apparently everyone else at FOX makes fun of him as well.
“Who is your VP pick?”
IMO, these are the qualifications for Trump’s VP because he will HAVE to be the one to continue the fight to MAGA in 2028 and beyond...
HE must be a non-politician fighter like Trump and totally committed to
- restoring our Free Constitutional Republic,
- immunity to the attacks of the Left while delivering fatal blows to the Left himself,
- dismantling the 80%+ unconstitutional portion of the feds,
- reinstating the Constitution as written and originally understood and intended as the Supreme Law of the Land, and
- reinstating State sovereignty, encouraging states to NOT take federal funding but become independent.
Who meets these high but necessary standards? I don’t know. Ramaswamy is the only guy that I’ve heard actually talk about these things but people seem to think he’s no good for other reasons.
Besides Ramaswamy, I know of no one else who is committed to much less voicing this critical issue.
Jesus, help us and help Trump find the right guy to advance restoration of our Free Constitutional Republic. Amen.

I’m generally against picking a woman since generally they are equivocal, tend to not be accountable or reasonable and in the main belong at home taking care of their family.
Jesus, help us and help Trump find the right guy to advance restoration of our Free Constitutional Republic. Amen.
How rude you are. She isn’t running for VP. She likes her job as Governor unlike that clown booted dud in Florida who abandoned his job right after getting elected.
Oh, for crying out loud. What’s with you people!
The fourth item on your list is most interesting and I highlight a portion:
"- reinstating the Constitution as written and originally understood and intended..."
That clearly would include acknowledging the requirement that a presidential candidate be a Natural Born Citizen. Proof of what the founders understood of the term NBC is supported by both the record of deliberations and the language they used in Art III, Sec2.
Ramaswamy would have to agree he doesn't satisfy that requirement as presented by you.
The original understanding of NBC is debatable. If Ramaswamy was born on U.S. soil and his parents were here legally it’s possible he is an NBC.
Any debate - whether over understanding or definition - will have to address the purpose of including the class of ordinary "citizen" in the sentence that introduces NBC.
The language used provides those born prior to the date of Adoption, "citizens", could serve as president. However, those born on or after the date of Adoption were required to be NBC.
What possibly could warrant use of the two classes, or otherwise separate the two classes, other than parents who would be citizens as of the date of Adoption?
I predict that any court that faces the issue squarely will incorporate such reasoning in its opinion.
Meanwhile, those who would remake our nation will continue to shame any who insist on NBC just as they shame critics of the recent presidential election.
?????
No one in the founding generation was born a citizen of the US, so citizen birth couldn't be required of that generation, but could be of later generations. No need to involve parents in tht.
